Our aim is to support all customers with the highest possible level of service. This support will take the form of not only telephone queries, but also online help files, product briefings and detailed tutorials.
We also have a number of online support technologies that allow us to guide users whilst they are online so that the training and support can be truly interactive and pertinent to a customer's particular Off-Duty working practices.
These services are designed to complement our initial customer training and set up guidance where a user will develop a detailed knowledge of the features and functionality of the current version of RotaBee. This detailed knowledge will allow the customer to return to her or his team fully competent in using the software, but safe in the knowledge that we are always there if needed.
